Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your ChessPecker subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

To cancel your subscription, visit your profile page and click on "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal.

Refund Requests

We want you to be satisfied with ChessPecker. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have billing concerns, please submit a request through our feedback form. Include your account email and details about your situation.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We typically consider refunds for:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Requests made within 7 days of initial subscription

How to Manage Your Subscription

1.Go to your profile page

2.Click on "Manage Subscription"

3.You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal

4.From there, you can cancel, update payment methods, or view billing history
