Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how our service is used.

We record page views on our own servers, including the page visited, the site you arrived from, a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser, your browser's user agent string, and an approximate location (city, state, country) derived from your IP address. Your IP address itself is stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form.

We also use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising. It records when you visit the site, view the puzzle set creation page, create an account, or create a puzzle set. With Meta's automatic advanced matching enabled, information already present on the page (such as an email address) may be hashed in your browser and sent to Meta so it can match the visit to an account. These values are hashed before they leave your device. You can limit this through your browser's tracking protections or your Meta ad preferences.
